Can I exchange products?

Yes, but hygiene items only in the original, unopened, sealed packaging. Menstrual cups cannot be "tried on" for hygienic reasons.

Can I get free product samples?

It is not possible to send usable samples free of charge. Our products last for years and are not disposable items.

Yes. We send the goods in brown standard mailing envelopes and boxes.
